The cost of attending an on campus college has been increasing at a much faster pace than the official US government CPI figures. It is not unusual for students who have earned their degrees at top ranked colleges to have in excess of $100,000 in student loans to repay.
What a way to start a career.
For all but the most wealthy of families the cost of attending college has become a major budget factor and an expense that can be difficult to meet.
Fortunately, for good students there are a number of scholarship and loan programs that make attending the college of their choice still possible.
