Distance learning courses that are offered online that lead to a college degree or a technical degree may be your solution if you are determined to advance your career.
It may not be fair but at many places of employment you may have a quite low “ceiling” unless you have a college degree. Even though your work may be far superior to co-workers if they have a college degree and you do not you may find yourself in the unfortunate position of being passed over for promotion while they get the position that you deserve.
The need to have a college degree in the modern workplace is a trend that you can not fight. Unless you are have a strong desire, the ability and funds to start your own business you need to get your degree as soon as possible in your career so that you do not limit your chances for advancement.
